DEPENDENT CARE SPENDING ACCOUNT

The Dependent Care Spending Account is designed to help employees pay for child care services that make it possible for the employee and their spouse (if applicable) to work.

To receive reimbursement, employees will need to provide the appropriate Tax ID number of the dependent care provider to Admin America. This would be the Federal tax ID number for a business or the social security number of the individual providing the service.

Please note that IRS rules do not permit the employee to take advantage of both the child care credit on their tax return and the Dependent/Child Care spending account for the same expense.

Contact Admin America for a comparison to determine which alternative would be most advantageous to you and your family.
