CRITICAL RULES

  1. USE IT OR LOSE IT
    Any monies remaining in a participant’s Medical Care or Dependent Care reimbursement account(s) after the end of the Plan Year will be forfeited to the Plan.

  2. IRREVOCABLE ELECTION
    A participant may not change their election during the Plan Year unless they have a "Change in Status".

  3. UNIFORM COVERAGE OR EMPLOYER AT RISK
    The law requires that the Employer is liable for up. the annual election amount of an Employee’s annual election in the medical reimbursement plan at any time during the Plan Year.
