In compliance with HIPAA and the new HITECH’s
requirements, Admin America is implementing a new email
encryption service through Zix Corporation. We understand
that encryption of emails adds an additional step to the
communication process for email recipients. That is why we
have chosen to utilize a “rules based” encryption process
which only secures emails when encryption is required by
federal law.
While we want to make our administrative services as
convenient as possible, our first obligations are to guard
the protected information of our plan participants and to
insure that our plan sponsor clients are compliant with
federal law and avoid HITECH’s significant penalties for
non-compliance.
You will be able to receive and reply to our encrypted email
communications easily, and with the knowledge that others
will not be able to access that information.
Retrieving a Secure
Email Message
To retrieve your secure email message from your
SecureMessage Center:
1. Click the
hyperlink in the email message.

The Registration page displays with your Email
Address filled in.
2. On the
Registration page, enter a Password that complies
with the Password Rules shown, re-enter it,
then enter a Password Reminder Phrase.
3. Click Submit
Password.
The
SecureMessage Center opens and displays your email
message.
